product design. We offer quick turnaround for custom products with the aid
of 2D and 3D computer software and finite element analysis (FEA). This enables
Mr. Roller to play around with different scenarios and options before going
heavily into production and then discovering that the design failed.
The next step is product testing. The customized in-house test machines
allow Mr. Roller to vigorously test wheels and casters. These unique devices
ensure that all R&D, design work and production runs exceed the North
American Performance Standards. Mr. Roller is a proud contributor to the
development of the newly recognized national standard.
